Dr. Keith Simmonds is a retired professor of political science. His areas of expertise are aspects of comparative politics, American politics, public administration, and fiscal policy. He has written several articles in refereed journals, published books in areas of comparative politics and public finance. He enjoys traveling and using his travel experience to participate in the upliftment of humanity on all continents.
